More French Linen

***SOLD***
I think this may be my favorite Annie Sloan color.  Sometimes it looks gray, sometimes a little blue, or sometimes a little green depending on the light.  I prefer a thin coat so that the wood color shows through.  This is also my favorite style of furniture!  Original pulls painted with oil rubbed bronze.  Here are the afters, unfortunately I can't find my before pics. :(

Update: Ended up painting the Union Jack on this one:

Antique Chest

***SOLD***
**Update**
I repainted this using Duck Egg, added new hardware, removed the plaque and painted the inside of the drawers in French Linen.  The first paint job was pretty, but I just wasn't feeling it.  It just seemed a little old fashioned to me.  I like the new look much better!  This piece would be perfect in a guest room, nursery, entryway, or a bedroom.

I found this old chest of drawers on CL where I get most of my furniture.  The woman I bought it from said it belonged to her mother in law's grandmother.  She had been using it as storage in her basement for the past 15 years.  I love the little drawer on top and the original wooden casters.

Duck Egg Chest

***SOLD***
This is only my second time using Duck Egg and I love it!  The first time was because a client requested it, but I'm such a neutral color person I just never used it again.  I have two other AS blue colors that I need to try on some pieces.  This dresser was in great shape structurally, but very beat up on top and a few scratches here and there.  I changed out the hardware on the top two drawers and just painted the original hardware on the rest because I love ring type pulls.  I used Duck Egg and clear wax with a little Duck Egg and Graphite mix dry brushed over the drawers.

Pink & Gray French Provencial

***SOLD***
This is a Bassett set I found on CL.  It was much closer to my parents than to me, so they went and bought it and brought it to me!  Yea for parents. :)  I used AS Paris Gray mixed with graphite and Antoinette on the drawers and accents - same on the hardware. Waxed first with CeCe Caldwell's then Annie Sloan's clear wax.   I love the colors togehter.
